The provider offers digital art content (gallery, Oracle works), newsletter and contact services via www.byzalan.com.

3. User terms

• Website content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Copyright of works belongs to István Halász.
• Unauthorized copying, publishing or reselling of content is prohibited.
• Users may not use the website for unlawful purposes.

4. Purchase (future feature)

When art purchases become available, the purchasing process, payment, shipping and returns terms will be defined separately (visible before purchase). As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Newsletter

Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be withdrawn anytime. Unsubscribe link is available at the bottom of every newsletter.

6. Copyright

The website and all its content (text, images, works, design, code) are protected by copyright. © 2026 István Halász. Protected works may be represented by HUNGART.

7. Liability

The provider strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of technical errors. The website is provided "as is".

8. Dispute resolution
